Billy Schultz is the creator and producer of Dancify That. He’s performed as an actor, clown, and musician at venues ranging from dingy punk rock basements to the Guggenheim Museum. He’s created over 50 original variety/cabaret acts and has been producing live entertainment since 2004.
Sarah Petersiel is Dancify That’s official Time Keeper and leads DT workshops at improv theaters and colleges around NYC. Independently, Sarah serves as Co-Artistic Director of the physical comedy ensemble Under the Table whose new show Thief Society may someday tour to the town you live in. She’s also a proud Red Nose Doc in hospitals across the tri-state area.
Nobuya is a repeat champion of Dancify That and a partner in strategic growth. He has appeared on SYTYCD and Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon. The New York Times says “Nobuya is a scene stealer with his sinuous blend of popping and Voguing.“ As a choreographer, Haruto Maeda won the Grand Champion in the Apollo Theater Amateur Night with his choreography. He teaches Hip Hop at Peridance Capezio Center.
Patrick is Dancify That’s official movement guru. His audience engagement tactics will rattle chakras you didn’t know you had. He has toured nationally and internationally with Trisha Brown Dance Company, David Dorfman Dance, Keigwin+Company and performed locally in Punchdrunk’s Off Broadway Production of Sleep No More. Deborah Lohse has been a part of Dancify That from the start as host, contestant, co-producer and dance team talent scout. As a choreographer/performer, you can find Lohse twirling with Katy Pyle’s Ballez, her collaborative comedy dance crew LMnO3 (Lohse, Marquis and Oakley) and as her alter ego indefatigable cabaret persona TruDee. www.deborahlohse.com
Colette is Dancify That’s official campus connection. She is currently pursuing a BFA in Multimedia and Performing Arts at Lehman College. Her past credits include Passing Strange, Chicago, The Passion of Antigona Perez, and Church. She is the founder and artistic director of West Indian Arts Project, (Hail Dominica! 🇩🇲) and has served as producer for the company’s shows.
